Remove-AppxPackage PackageFullName

Don’t forget to replace the PackageFullName with the original package name of Sticky Notes.

Sticky Notes Synchronization is Not Working on Windows 10

Disable Insights in Sticky Notes App

“Insights” is a newly introduced feature available in Windows 10 v1607 or later version. In case you are using the latest version of Windows 10, you will get the same functionality.
