Firefox Lockbox is not synchronizing passwords

This is a very common problem among new users. If you are trying to find the password but you are not getting them in Firefox Lockbox app, you can do the following thing.

It happens because you haven’t signed into your Firefox account in your browser. This app can detect passwords only if you are using your Firefox account in Firefox browser. If you are using any other browser, it won’t detect them. Therefore, open your Firefox browser and sign into the account.

If you are not getting passwords even after signed into the account, you should do this. At first, open the Preferences > Firefox Account. After that, make sure you have selected Logins from the Sync Settings.

Otherwise, it won’t synchronize any password.

How to set up autofill?

If you want to autofill passwords where a login prompt appears in the browser, you can do these steps. At first, open the Firefox Lockbox app > Settings. Now you can find an option called Autofill. Use the toggle button to turn on autofill.

On Android, you can find a different window, where you need to choose Lockbox from the list.
